Turn Every Job Hazard Into a Control Your Crew Can Verify.

A risk score does not protect anyone. X3 Hazards ties each job step to the harm it could cause, the strongest control you can put in place, the person who owns it and the proof a second person checks in the field.

The Exposure

A Number on a Risk Matrix Has Never Stopped a Forklift.

The hazard gets reported, scored and filed. The aisle stays exactly the same. What changes the outcome is a stronger control, a named owner and someone who goes back to see that it held.

Scoring a hazard is paperwork. Controlling it is the job.

One Job Step In. A Control Plan Out.

Start with a task the crew recognizes. X3 Hazards builds the plan around it and keeps every part of that plan on one record.

The work

The real job step, at the place and in the conditions where it happens.

Credible harm

Who could be hurt and the worst outcome that could reasonably follow.

Control hierarchy

Eliminate, substitute and engineer first. Rules and PPE support, they do not replace.

Interim measures

What protects people today while the permanent fix is built.

Owner

One accountable role and a date on every action.

Verification

The evidence a second person must see before the hazard closes.

Stop filing hazards. Start closing them with proof.

Hazard register

One Hazard. The Whole Control Plan.

A sample hazard, the way X3 Hazards shows it: the rating, the strongest feasible control, what protects people in the meantime and what is still unverified.

From job step to field evidence

Observe. Assess. Control. Verify. Monitor.

Five moves, in the order the work happens, so the plan makes sense to the people doing the job.

  1. 01

    Observe the work

Break the job into real steps, or capture what someone saw on the floor.

  2. 02

    Assess the harm

Name who could be hurt and how badly, at that step.

  3. 03

    Choose the control

Work down the hierarchy and record why the control was selected.

  4. 04

    Verify in the field

A second person checks the control against the evidence the plan asked for.

  5. 05

    Monitor it

The hazard comes back for review when the task or the site changes.

Describe the real job

The steps as the crew performs them, not as the procedure says.

Choose and approve the control

Qualified people select the control and accept what risk remains.

Do the fix

The barrier gets built. The route gets changed.

Decide on the work

Stopping and restarting work is always your site leadership's call.

The Outcome

The Hazard Is Gone, Guarded or Owned. Never Just Scored.

Know earlier.

See the job step where someone could be hurt before they are.

Fix stronger.

Put a physical control ahead of a rule and a vest.

One bright orange traffic cone, scuffed from use, standing next to a single yellow steel safety bollard
Does the risk score decide whether a job can continue?
No. A score helps organize the review. It does not authorize or stop work. Your site leadership and established procedures make that decision.
How is X3 Hazards different from X3 Critical Controls?
Hazards takes in individual hazards and job hazard analyses and builds the control plan. Critical Controls takes the few safeguards tied to serious harm and verifies them on a standing schedule.
Does X3 Hazards certify OSHA compliance?
No. It organizes the hazard, the control and the evidence for qualified review. It is decision support, not a compliance determination.
Do I have to buy the whole family?
No. X3 Hazards works on its own. Each product in the family owns one job, and you add another only when that job matters to you.
What can I use today?
The X3 Hazards sample dashboard is open now with sample data, so you can walk the whole workflow. Create an account to run it on your own sites: your records are saved, and one sign-in works on all twelve products.
How does pricing work?
Each product is $99 a month for your first 10 employees, $10 a month for each employee from 11 to 50, and $5 a month for each one after that. You pay only for the products you turn on, and you can cancel any time.
